Hello @Bartlomiej, welcome to the Telfort forums. I've looked into this and I see you've called our helpdesk about this too.
The prepaid number hasn't been used or hadn't had it's credit upped for at least 6 months. If that happens the number is cancelled, which can't be undone. We've send reminders (in Dutch) to up your credit in july, august and september. Because this didn't happen, the number has been ceased.
