Incorrect network unlock code

Hello, I have a new phone now and I am facing the problem “Incorrect network unlock code entered”. I am using PUK code from MyTelfort.

Please help.

Hi Ashish, I understand you have a new phone, but you don't receive our network? That's too bad. I understand the problem occurs if you turn your phone on? It asks for a pincode of the simcard? Than you enter your PUK code instead of the sim pin number? You may also sent me a screenshot of the problem?
