I need help with activating my SIMCard, I keep getting the same message.

Er heeft zich een technische fout voorgedaan. Probeer het later opnieuw. Blijft het probleem zich voordoen, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice.

According to the information in my system, the SIMcard is now activated and working. The device is transmitting data over the mobile network and this seems to be working properly.

That is very inconvenient. The message that you got says that there occured a technical problem with the activation. This seems to be a general errormessage, could you provide me your (06) cellphonenumer in a private message? I will then check what the problem could be.

Check the SMS centrale number. This has to be: +31626000230
If this number is in your phone then just change it to another nummer like +31626000233 and save it. Then change it back to +31626000230, save and try to send a text message to yourself.

If this number is in your phone then just change it to another nummer like +31626000233 and save it. Then change it back to +31626000230, save and try to send a text message to yourself.

Ok, first check the number of the sms centrale:
Open the phone app.
Dial *#5005*7672# and press the green phone button.
You have to see: +31626000230
Click close.

You can try to reset the number:
Open the phone app.
Dial **5005*7672*+31626000230# and press the green phone button.
Click close.

To be on the safe side do a soft reset: On/Off button and the HOME button pressed together for a second of 8. After the restart try to send to your own phone number.

You can call them between 09.00 and 21.00 hrs.

When i dial, it says I have no access to the 0900 9596 and it asked me to dial 1200, and that number too is not working. is there another number to dial?

Thats the only number. Strange.. Telfort doesn't work with 1200.
