I can see my subscription of telfort home but cannot see my mobile onw. I wanted/tried to merge my mobile account with telfort home but it did not work (I tried to find login info in password search but lt led me a worng info (wrong email address)… Can you help me out?

Hi @tamedu. I’ve received a reply from our development team. The cell phone number you’re filling in to reset your password is not in our database, so that's why a fake email address appears on the screen. This means you don't have a Mijn Telfort account yet. You have to make sure to create an account (‘Inloggen’ > ‘Nog geen account?’). Let me know if you need any further assistance.
