Unfortunatelly we were not able to reach you by customer client number and nobody answered to our online request, so I am posting my question here.
On Saturday 04.11 we had an appointment with one of Guidion mechanics, but by the time we had an appointment we hadn´t received our installation package yet so he wasn´t able to set up the internet connection.
Due to that situation we were asked to schedule a new appointment. Could you, please, let me know if I can arrange a new appointment online or could you, please, contact me via email to arrange a new meeting?
