My internet is not working since last Friday. Its strange because I have been using it without any problems for over 10 months. I contacted the customer service for the first time and he said the problem is with my modem and sent in a new modem. However, attaching the new modem did not do the trick, and the internet is still not working. I contacted the customer service again and was told that they would raise a ticket to contact the technical staff. However, I have not heard anything after that?
Can you please let me know the status of my issue?
