DLM Reset request

Afgelopen dinsdag was mijn DSL verbinding down, na een telefoontje naar de helpdesk heeft een KPN monteur de verbinding donderdag 24/5 hersteld (kabel was niet goed, monteur is niet in huis geweest, maar belde met de mededeling dat de verbinding weer hersteld was)

Echter is het niet mogelijk om iTV te kijken, krijg contstant de melding van dat ik over te weinig bandbreedte beschik. Het modem traint in op 7997/776 kbps dit is idd veel te laag. Nu 5 dagen later is de intrain snelheid nog steeds hetzelfde

Graag zou ik een DLM reset willen aanvragen bij webcare. (het modem zit gelijk ip het ISRA punt aangesloten)
