My internet connection is really spotty. I ran a pin trace and my network card and modem are working fine, but the hop after that looks like its faulty, most of the packages are getting lost.

You have some problems with your internet, it works but not as it should. I did some measurements on your line. It don't loose it's connection, so thats good. You say it is spotty, is that all the time? And is it via WiFi? Or also if you use the cable? Have you restarted your modem?
