8 day internet block after paying the outstanding bill

please help, 8 days of Internet blockade after paying the overdue bill, modem reset will not help, helpline did not help. What else should I do?

Have you payed all bills, even the one that are not overdue? When you are blocked Telfort will only reconect you when all bills are payed

Yes of course, the truth is i paid everything after receiving the warning and 3h after paying my internet was blocked

I've looked up your subscription, and I see exactly what you describe. Unfortunately I don't have the option to reconnect you, but I will contact a specialist to do this. They aren't available right now, so I’ll contact them tomorrow morning, to make sure your connection will be restored. I'll post an update here when I spoke to them, to let you know what the status is.
